Movement is fundamental, inherent and intuitive for all living creatures.  For us humans, functional fitness is the ability to move the body in the most skillful and energetically efficient way for whatever the every-day task or exercise requires. Think reaching for a plate on a high shelf or perfecting your golf swing on the weekend. 

That's why we designed movement classes. They are for all levels of fitness for everyone who wants to experience movement without pain or injury.

Our classes are all about functional training or retraining of the whole body to move in an integrated way - dynamically, vertically and optimally, no matter your stage or story.
