This is a challenging workout - please make sure you pace yourself and stop if you think you are not able to do a movement. It's fast-paced, exciting and will get your heart pumping and whole body moving!

Remember to keep breathing and enjoy the routine. If you struggle to keep up, just march in place until you can jump in again!
