Intermediate Workout 38 [15 min]
This workout focuses on arm strength and spinal mobility with a resistance band to amplify the challenge. It’s pacy and speeds up as the workout progresses. Some familiar moves combined with a few twists and rotations will get your blood pumping and muscles working. The last 5 minutes are on the mat, so if you are worried about your knees, just watch to see if you are comfortable with the movement. If not, simply remain standing and follow the arm movements.
Remember to breathe and only go as far as your body will allow.
