Intermediate Workout 40 [15 min]

Work on building your strength in this workout. Jannie focuses predominantly on leg and core strength as the foundations of this workout with a mix of squats, lunges and single leg balances. There’s a little bit of mat work, so if you are worried about your knees, just watch to see if you are comfortable with the movement and take your time getting down and back up. If you don’t want to get down, simply remain standing and follow the arm movements where you can.

Remember to breathe and only go as far as your body will allow.
