Intermediate Workout 39 [15 min]

Dumbbells add another layer of resistance and strength training to their workout. Improve your balance and upper body strength with single leg lifts and seated rows while loosening your shoulders and chest. There is a significant amount of work on your knees at the start, so if you are not comfortable, run jog on the spot and gently stretch your quads and arms. 

Remember to breathe and only go as far as your body will allow.
