Intermediate Workout 10 [30 min]

Both dumbbells and a resistance band are used in this work out. Challenge your core strength and endurance in this workout as you work up a sweat. Move between the mat and standing, stretching your whole body from your hips to your shoulders. 

Remember to breathe and only go as far as your body will allow.
