Beginner Routine 17 [30 min]

Using light weights and a resistance band to improve strength and build muscle, this workout will be a wonderful challenge. Be cautious if you have knee issues, but feel free to alter the moves to suit your abilities. 

Remember to keep breathing and listen to your body.
