1 cup (250 ml)
baby spinach or kale
1/2 cup (125 ml)
Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (125 ml)
frozen blueberries
1/4 cup (60 ml)
green tea, brewed, chilled
1 Tbsp
Chia Seeds
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. If you'd like your smoothie thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.

TIP: If you decide you love this smoothie, we suggest that you brew a batch of green tea in advance and store it in your fridge. It'll save you a whole lot of brewing and cooling time in the morning
