With Halloween upon us, the kids aren't the only ones who get to have fun! We've all got our favourite cocktails to sip on but why not make it a Bloody Mary to get into the spirit of things?

Serves 4

Pour a small amount of water in a saucer or shallow bowl.

Dip the rim of the glasses into the water, then dip them into the sea salt making sure that the rims are covered in salt.

Place a generous amount of crushed ice in each glass, almost filling the glass.

Pour 1oz of vodka into each glass, topping it off with 6oz of tomato juice. Spice with hot sauce according to taste.

Garnish your cocktails with the lemon wedges and rosemary sprigs or celery if you'd prefer.

Enjoy responsibly!

TIP: Making your own Bloody Mary mix doesn't just give you the option of reducing sodium content. Bloody Marys are designed for using fresh, seasonal vegetables, including fresh tomatoes instead of processed tomato juice.
